Ambassador H.E. Mrs.Takeuchi pays a courtesy call on H.E. Mohamed Naseer, Principal Secretary to the President on Foreign Relations

H.E. Mrs.Takeuchi Midori, Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Maldives, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr.Mohamed Naseer, Principal Secretary to the President on Foreign Relations on May 27, 2024.
During the courtesy call, they talked about Japan-Maldives diplomatic relations which reach more than 57 years, and H.E. Mr. Naseer expressed his gratitude for Japan’s longstanding assistance to the Maldives.
The two officials exchanged their views on “Free and Open Indo-Pacific” (FOIP),the project for Human Resource Development Scholarship(JDS) and so on, and agreed to continue strengthening the bilateral relations.
