The Japanese culture event at the Maldives National University

On March 6th, The Japanese food demonstration was held in the Maldives National University, for students and staff of the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies and Faculty of Arts.
During the sushi demonstration, participants enjoyed making their own sushi rolls while having a lecture about ingredients and rolling techniques. For the ingredients of the sushi rolls, Moringa and Mas Mirus, which are specialties of the Maldives were added, and each participant made their own original sushi roll filled with ingredients of their choice.
Also, many participants showed interest in the tea ceremony that had been set up in the venue as a decoration, so the staff explained and demonstrated the tea ceremony.
