The Embassy of Japan in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Maldives held an information sharing session to introduce Japan’s small scale funding scheme “Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP)”.
In the presence of 34 representatives from 22 organizations, the Embassy of Japan introduced the GGP scheme and its application process to NGOs and NPOs. During the session, 2 representatives from the approved projects in 2019 presented their experience. Subsequently, 6 NGOs and a school presented their potential project.
